Was Jesus a couch potato?
Biblical scholars, who have traced the steps of Jesus over His three year ministry, have estimated that He walked upwards of 18,000 miles! That breaks down to 16 miles per day. 16 miles for purpose, passion and to accomplish the will of the Father! There was a famous phase that asked the question, What would Jesus do? Well apparently, Jesus would walk!
Body Temple Wellness Members have committed to Walking with God!

THESE FEET WERE MADE FOR WALKING |
...
Walking will restore your peace of mind, increase your mood and energy, help regulate your blood pressure and restore normal bodily functions. Walking is God-designed and is better than any pill or program invented by man. The human body is designed for walking. No one needs to be taught how to do it.
God desires for us to move and be a people of action and progressive motion.
Let us not neglect this temple through inactivity, but let us move each day closer to the prize that lies before all of us. It is the sweetness of self-mastery, discipline and total surrender to God that pays the ultimate blessing and reward to us…a new body and a new life!
