IObesity, a host of chronic illnesses, low-self esteem and shortened life span are all linked to over-eating which the bible calls: gluttony, we want people to experience freedom in all aspects of their spiritual, physical and emotional life. |

Q |
How is your program different than other books or programs claiming to tell Christians how Jesus wants them to lose weight? |
A |
We combine both wellness principles through advocating that people take responsibility for their health and well-being as well as, natural eating principles and powerful scriptures that speak directly to the heart of the overeater and the person who is ready to live a life deeper than the thoughts of their next meal. |

Q |
Is this program for women only? |
A |
Body Temple Wellness is open for anyone who wants to take charge of their health and wellness. However we do strongly suggest that small groups (Inspiration circles) remain all men or all women due to the nature of intimate matters that may arise. Couples may opt for co-ed weight loss groups. However again we have seen best results when people feel free and liberated without the restraints on transparency that co-ed groups may produce.
